The J2 LED Lighting MED1 (Micro Effects Dimmer)

The MED1 provides dimming, multimode effects, and on / off control of 5 – 24 volt DC LED lights. The unit features a simple tactile three button interface; mode, speed, and light. The variety of effects combined with the simplicity of use makes this a great control for low complexity projects. The MED1 has eight dynamic effect modes and ten speed levels. The light button is used to switch the unit to standard static dimming. In the static dimming mode the speed button provides ten brightness steps. The speed button is also used to turn the unit off when it is held more than 1 second. Any button can be used to turn the unit back on.

The J2 LED Lighting PDM (Pulse Dimmer Module)

A full range 0-100% pulse width modulation low voltage dimmer.  The PDM operates with a single control knob but provides effective lighting control with transitions from off to low levels. High stability is maintained throughout the full range in a flicker free transition. Input and output termination is via a screw clamp terminal block which accepts our J2 LED ferrule terminated cable harnesses or direct bare wires. The PDM dimmer is for 12 volt DC systems and is a single channel.

LED LIGHTING DIMMER 12 VOLT DC 2 AMP 24 WATTS LIGHT MODULES FLEX STRINGS BARS

When you need to diminish the light output from your LED lighting device (bars, modules, flex, or strings) the J2 LED Lighting PDM2 - Dimi Dimmer is an excellent choice for up to 2 amps at 12 volts DC (24 watts max). The Dimi Dimmer is a small module that fits in the palm of your hand and provides 0% - 100% dimming range using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) circuit technology that reduces power consumption as light output is diminished. This PWM technology also makes the Dimi Dimmer great for solar powered LED lighting systems to conserve battery power. The Dimi Dimmer’s small unobtrusive black body is well suited for many applications.

    The PDM2-RGB

    A three channel RGB (Red Green Blue) LED control module with remote panel.  The dimmer control offers 21 different modes for static and dynamic LED lighting control.  Using  RGB LED modules 7 colors (red, blue, purple, green yellow, cyan and white) can be produced with the dimmer.  Modes include static colors, crossfades, strobe, color jump, and slow change.  The RGB dimmer control is well suited for Point Of Sale displays, signage and architectural accent lighting. The dimmer module operates from 12 volts DC and can provide 3 amps out on each of three channels.

    The J2 LED Lighting PIR1

    A simple low cost motion sensor switch that activates on when a body in motion enters the field of view with an on time hold of 10 seconds after motion has ceased. PIR (Passive InfraRed) sensor has an effective range of 16 feet and diminished sensing of a moving human body to 26 feet.  The field of view of the PIR Dome Lens is 120 degrees nominal. The switch operates on 12 volt DC and can switch up to an 8 amp load.

    The J2 LED Lighting AIR1

    A two mode LED Lighting proximity sensor switch that operates on 12-24 volts DC well suited for cabinet lighting, point of sale displays and other applications needing proximity sensing.  A small slide switch on the side of the unit provides the ability to change the mode of operation.

    Mode 1: “touch mode” is toggle - On with a wave of the hand in front of the sensor face and toggle - Off with another wave of the hand.

    Mode 2: “door mode” is proximity sense of a cabinet door, Closed = Off / Open = On

    The J2 LED Lighting, LLC P/N:  AIR1 (Active InfraRed) switch has a sensing range of 1.2” to 3.9” typical. It uses an IR emitter and detector pair with a 100 degree field of view.

    The J2 LED Lighting PIR8

    An LED Lighting motion sensing switch which provides a 1 to 10 minute OFF delay timing function. The sensor switch activates ON when a body in motion enters the field of view with an ON time hold that is adjustable from 1 to 10 minutes after motion has ceased. PIR (Passive InfraRed, IR) sensor has an effective range of 16 feet and diminished sensing of a moving human body to 26 feet. The field of view of the PIR Dome Lens is 60 degrees nominal. The switch operates on 12 or 24 volts DC and can switch up to a 6 amp load. Great for small 12 volt DC solar panel LED Lighting systems to conserve battery power; also well suited for occupancy LED lighting control and security LED Lighting systems.     The J2 LED Lighting, LLC Ambient Light Switch (ALS)

    A new generation photocell type dusk to dawn control specifically for controlling low voltage 12 - 24 volt DC LED lights. For most practical purposes the point of switching off can be anticipated between dawn and sunrise with the off state maintained throughout the day. While the switching on can be anticipated to take place between sunset and dusk with the on state maintained throughout the night. Said another way, the ALS targets to be on between dusk to dawn (night) and off between sunrise and sunset (day), under normal clear weather conditions. A wide angle 120 degree lens reduces false triggering with fluctuations in cloud cover and overcast conditions. The ALS is minimally “weather resistant” and needs to be mounted so as to protect from direct exposure to water / moisture.
